Dennis is an accomplished financial services leader with over 12 years of experience driving regional operations, business development, and strategic expansion across APAC and Greater China. Having held senior executive roles across leading global brokerages, he specializes in bridging high-level commercial strategy with institutional client needs.
At ACY Connect, Dennis leverages his deep expertise in regional market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and multi-departmental leadership to scale operations and strengthen ecosystem partnerships. He is dedicated to empowering partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and institutional clients with tailored liquidity solutions, robust operational support, and seamless onboarding.

Jimmy Ye

Jimmy is a progressive and transformative fintech entrepreneur and business leader with a deep understanding and passion for the financial markets, financial services industry and technology. He is a seasoned leader with a flair to innovate and rethink the status quo.Jimmy’s vision is to create technologies that enhance user experiences, allow businesses to grow and provide end users a product they love to use. With a degree in Economics & Finance from Australia’s prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a background in Australian financial services that spans over 10 years, including serving as Responsible Manager for AFSL companies.
Winson Cao
CRO
Winson is the founder and director of ACY Group of companies. He has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Queensland. Winson started his professional career in 2004 where he held management positions for several large corporations across Telecommunication and Energy sector prior to working in the financial services industry. After working for one of the leading CFD brokers for 6 years, Winson founded ACY with his business partner Jimmy Ye in 2013.
Winson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group business. Overseeing the sales, finance, legal, and compliance function of the group of companies. Winson leads the risk management framework strategy development, dealing directly with the regulators and delivering reporting obligations as the financial services licensee.
Ashley Jessen
COO
Ashley Jessen is the Chief Operating Officer of ACY Securities and author of two trading publications, with more than 26 years of experience in the financial markets and trading industry. He brings extensive expertise in business strategy, trading technology, operational management and international business development.
As Group COO, Ashley oversees strategic planning and operational execution across the group's retail, partnership and institutional businesses, aligning commercial initiatives with the company's broader growth objectives.
He has played a key role in developing and expanding the group's trading technology, affiliate networks, copy trading and institutional business capabilities, while strengthening the operational infrastructure required to support sustainable growth.
Ashley has also been instrumental in the group's international expansion, establishing regional offices and building teams across sales, marketing, operations and client services. His strategic and data-driven approach continues to support ACY's global growth and the development of its institutional and technology businesses.
