Phil Kim
Managing Director
Phil has 20 years of extensive experience leading teams globally within the Institutional eFX Sales, Financial Technology and Business Development space. Most notably he has held posts as Head of Sales Asia Pacific and SFC Responsible Officer in HK for multiple globally recognized Tier 1 Prime Brokers and Institutional Liquidity Providers. Phil's previous roles include positions with Deutsche Bank dbFX and FastMatch Inc. (Euronext FX).
Charles Mutie

With over 15 years of experience in the financial markets, Charles Mutie leads institutional client engagement with a focus on strategic growth and long-term partnerships. His background includes roles at FXCM and other global brokerage firms, where he developed a strong track record in relationship management and commercial success.
With a background in Finance and Marketing, Charles excels at aligning internal teams with external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. He is known for his charismatic client engagement style, sharp attention to detail, and a clear focus on delivering outcomes that matter.
Charles plays a pivotal role in supporting our clients through every stage, from onboarding to integration, ensuring long term success and strong partnerships.
Jimmy Ye

Jimmy is a progressive and transformative fintech entrepreneur and business leader with a deep understanding and passion for the financial markets, financial services industry and technology. He is a seasoned leader with a flair to innovate and rethink the status quo.Jimmy’s vision is to create technologies that enhance user experiences, allow businesses to grow and provide end users a product they love to use. With a degree in Economics & Finance from Australia’s prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a background in Australian financial services that spans over 10 years, including serving as Responsible Manager for AFSL companies.
Winson Cao
CRO
Winson is the founder and director of ACY Group of companies. He has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Queensland. Winson started his professional career in 2004 where he held management positions for several large corporations across Telecommunication and Energy sector prior to working in the financial services industry. After working for one of the leading CFD brokers for 6 years, Winson founded ACY with his business partner Jimmy Ye in 2013.
Winson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group business. Overseeing the sales, finance, legal, and compliance function of the group of companies. Winson leads the risk management framework strategy development, dealing directly with the regulators and delivering reporting obligations as the financial services licensee.
Ashley Jessen
COO
Ashley Jessen is the Chief Operating Officer of ACY Securities, with over 23 years of experience in the trading industry.
He began his career in 2000 as a stock market trainer, teaching thousands of students how to trade the markets. He is the author of the book 'CFDs Made Simple - Easy To Understand Strategies Anyone Can Use For Success!' published by Wiley. He has also contributed a chapter on Risk and Money Management Strategies to the book 'Wiley Trading Guide Volume 2'. Ashley's expertise and insights have been recognised by industry peers and leading publications, earning him a reputation as a thought leader in the trading community.
Throughout his career, Ashley has held senior roles in the CFD, Forex, and Trading space, including Sales Manager, State Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Responsible Manager, Head of Marketing, and Director of Communications.
